participation is always optional and your well-being is of utmost importance. Here is an example of the week’s core framework.
SCHEDULE EXAMPLE
Day 1 is about familiarising with each other and the valley. We slow down to nature’s pace, as we explore dry canyons sculptured over millions of years. Reaching flowing water, we cool off in crystal clear pools. Lunch on the sunny river bank prepares us for an adventurous climb. The summit grants us wide views of Pyrenean peaks and Mediterranean coves. Our first evening is spent socialising in a local bar in the traditional town of Tortellà.
Day 2 engages our bodies with rock climbing on Sant Aniol’s beautiful limestone cliffs. Exploring different crags, we rest and re-energise amongst the local experts - mountain goats. The second evening fuses live music from our talented musician and guide Jed Milroy with inspiring readings from the EasyDay team in the Tipi.
Day 3 starts early as we trek into the impressive Sant Aniol canyon. Jumping, sliding and abseiling through cascading plumes of water, challenges our entire range of emotions. We become aware of our rollercoaster journey through this incredible natural environment. This day is about looking beyond our immediate feelings, understanding the interplay of body, mind and environment in their emergence. |
